Provided are an intelligent personalized service method using IoT environmental sensors and a system thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for providing an environmental information service receives and stores sensor data, determines if the received sensor data indicates any risk factor, and sets off an alarm if there is any risk factor. By doing so, the present invention enables sharing and use of various kinds of environmental information around a user, not simply by performing measurement by using environmental sensors, and accordingly can provide services such as predicting the living environments indoors or outdoors or pollution levels.
