Immediately Applicable Methods for Evaluating Environmental Impacts of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)(Revised).

摘要

This report provides an overview of the various methodologies for assessing the impacts of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) on the environment. The report also discusses the general ITS evaluation framework and the issues that are important in assessing environmental impacts of ITS. The report particularly focuses on Immediately Applicable (IA) methods. A description of the structure and the assessment methodologies of two of the most widely used IA tools is presented along with the limitations of these tools.
