The present invention relates to a hydroponic apparatus and a hydroponic method using the same. More specifically, the hydroponic apparatus can reprocess a waste nutrient solution remained after being absorbed by crops to supply the same. According to the present invention, the hydroponic apparatus for reprocessing waste nutrient solution to supply the same in hydroponics comprises: a nutrient solution storage tank which supplies a nutrient solution stored inside thereof to cultivation beds for cultivating plants through a nutrient supply pipe, and in which the nutrient solution discharged from the cultivation beds is introduced inside thereof through a nutrient discharge pipe; a circulation pump which is installed to the nutrient supply pipe to circulate the nutrient solution from the nutrient solution storage tank to the cultivation beds; an oxygen processing unit which is connected to the nutrient storage tank to supply oxygen to the nutrient solution discharged from the nutrient storage tank, thereby increasing oxygen concentration; and a sterilizing unit which is connected to the oxygen processing unit to sterilize the nutrient solution discharged from the oxygen processing unit by using UV and a photocatalyst.
