PURPOSE: A waste nutrient solution treating device and a nutrient solution hydroponic device using thereof are provided to recycle a waste nutrient solution by removing bacterial and residual organic materials from the waste nutrient solution. CONSTITUTION: A waste nutrient solution treating device comprises the following: a cylindrical sterilization chamber(20) flowing a waste nutrient solution supplied through an inlet on the upper side, to an outlet on the lower side; a housing surrounding the sterilization chamber, forming a flow path for gas around the sterilization chamber; an ozone supply unit discharging oxygen flowing through the flow path in the housing for generating ozone, and mixing the ozone with the waste nutrient solution; an ultraviolet lamp(60) irradiating ultraviolet rays inside the sterilization chamber; and a photodegradation unit(70) decomposing organic materials inside the waste nutrient solution.
