The present invention relates to a smart emergent lamp driving device for an LED lamp which has an excellent slimming feature and excellent fire resistance. The smart emergent lamp driving device comprises: a support frame (100) installed in a ceiling or one side of a wall to support an LED lamp; and the LED lamp (200) configured to light surroundings by light of an LED while the LED lamp is supported by the support frame.
