The present invention provides a marketing-based remote medical service operation system and a remote medical service operation method, the system for increasing client acquisition and enhancing marketing efficiency of related products, quickly and smoothly performing a transparent profit-sharing scheme, and enabling clients to receive a reliable diagnostic result from a specialist by means of connection between a product seller selling a product that requires product marketing, a service requesting medical institution and a service providing medical institution by using a diagnosis coupon or the like as a marketing means. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a marketing-based remote medical service operation system which operates so that a product seller can provide a client with remote medical support by using a coupon enabling the client to receive an examination from a medical institution, as a marketing means. The operation system comprises: a central operation server for receiving diagnosis coupon data, storing the same, managing data from a primary medical institution and data from a service providing medical institution, and relay-operating diagnostic data and a related cost by mutually connecting a product seller, the medical institutions and a client; and a communication network for communicating, in a wired or wireless manner, information between a product seller database and the central operation server.
