Provided is a slow-release oral preparation including a ginkgo leaf extract and a slow-release matrix system. The slow-release oral preparation containing the ginkgo leaf extract is capable of regulating the in-vivo absorption level for active components due to the controllable releasing speed. In addition, the preparation of the present invention exhibits continuous absorption effects owing to the delayed releasing speed, as the preparation passes through a gastrointestinal tract after being injected into the body, while continuously exhibiting antioxidant activity and a function of inhibiting platelet activating factor (PAF). Therefore, it is anticipated that the preparation brings highly therapeutic effects as well as an increase in adaptation to drugs in a patient by taking the preparation only once a day.
