The present invention relates to a Bacillus methylotrophicus strain having antimicrobial activities with respect to a blue mold pathogen. More specifically, provided is the Bacillus methylotrophicus strain, which can effectively inhibiting the growth of the blue mold pathogen, and has high affinity for mushrooms. In addition, the temperature suitable for the growth and the development of the Bacillus methylotrophicus strain is similar to mushroom bacteria, and can be sprayed with the mushroom bacteria, thereby being effective as an eco-friendly pesticide.
