The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a box lunch having an extended shelf life without food additives and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a box lunch of stir-fried pork and kimchi, which is instant food, keeping a savor and having an extended shelf life without using food additives by adjusting a water content of steamed rice and modifying a process of manufacturing the stir-fried pork and kimchi. The box lunch of stir-fried pork and kimchi manufactured by the method of the present invention can be kept in the refrigerator for 60 hours.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
