The present invention relates to a trainee moving apparatus and a walking training apparatus comprising the same, capable of preventing safety accidents on an operator. The training moving apparatus comprises: a lower frame for providing a walking training space; an inclination unit installed at the lower frame to allow a trainee to move to the lower frame along the inclination; a position change unit installed at the lower frame to allow the trainee to be able to move between a movement position at which the trainee moves above the lower frame and a training position at which the walking training is performed on the trainee; and a guide unit for guiding the movement of the position change unit.
