The present invention relates to a construction site management system, which communicates with an office terminal and a smart device, and a method thereof. The construction site management system comprises: a database unit which stores field business data and information of a person in charge; and a server which uploads the field business data according to a request from an office terminal or a smart device, stores the field business data in the database unit, directly provides the field business data, or provides the field business data after conversion. According to the present invention, the construction site management is performed on a mobile basis by using a tablet PC, an application, or the like, thereby improving productivity and efficiency.
