The present invention relates to an antioxidant composition comprising exopolysacchrides produced by Ceriporia lacerate or a mycelial culture fluid of Ceriporia lacerate comprising the same, and dry powder thereof or an extract as an active ingredient. The composition can be used as an antioxidant agent for preventing or treating aging and various diseases such as cancer, brain diseases such as a stroke, Parkinsons disease, and the like, ischemia, arteriosclerosis, skin damage, inflammation, rheumarthritis, autoimmune diseases, and the like, as a health functional food having antioxidant effects, as a cosmetic material, or as a feed composition.
