A lithium air battery is disclosed. The lithium air battery of the present invention comprises: a negative electrode layer including an electrolyte and lithium; an air electrode layer composed of the electrolyte, a hollow hole carbon material with an empty inner part, a binder, and a porous current collector; and a separation layer for separating the negative electrode layer and the air electrode layer.
