Disclosed are a gluten-free food composition, gluten-free foods made from the same food composition, and a method for manufacturing the same foods. The disclosed gluten-free food composition contains gluten-free grain flour, a cellulose ether compound, and psyllium husk. The gluten-free food composition in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention causes neither celiac disease nor digestive problems and gives high quality bread crumbs and a good taste.
