The present invention relates to an Angelica gigas nakai-solid dispersion manufactured by a hot-melt extrusion method, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the Angelica gigas nakai-solid dispersion exists in a colloid form with a dietary fiber by discharging an effective pharmacological ingredient, contained in Angelica gigas nakai by hot-melt extrusion, to the outside. The Angelica gigas nakai-solid dispersion can reduce the dosage by being solubilized and increasing water solubility of decursin and decursinol angelate, which are poorly water-soluble ingredients, in comparison with the conventional Angelica gigas nakai-crushed powder, and can increase drug compliance.
