The present invention relates to a damper for vibration reduction, installed in a propeller shaft for a vehicle. More specifically, since each vibration, delivered to a propeller shaft for a rear wheel, is absorbed and delivered to a rear wheel operating line through a manual or automatic transmission as an engine of a diesel or gasoline vehicle is operated, soft rubber flanges (A-1), including at least one cylindrical hanging groove (10) to improve the stability of vehicle driving, are formed to be symmetrical to each other, and then a protective outer cover (A-4), formed by surrounding a ballast (A-2) with a rubber (R), is placed between the both flanges (A-1), and then a vibration reduction area (B), injection-molded with the flanges (A-1), is installed. The vibration reduction area (B) includes a ballast protecting unit (500) protecting the protective outer cover (A-4) and the ballast (A-2) of the vibration reduction area (B) from an external shock exceeding an allowance (H).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
