Disclosed in the present invention is a vaccine reinforcing agent comprising TgPRF1 or a vaccine reinforcing composition. The vaccine reinforcing agent of the present invention has potentially the same or excellent vaccine effects even with a small amount of antigens by improving the antigenicity of the vaccine by being used with the vaccine, thereby being efficiently used as the vaccine reinforcing agent of the infectious vaccine or the vaccine reinforcing agent for cancer vaccine.
