The present invention relates to a heterogeneous catalyst used to manufacture acetic acid through a carbonylation reaction by carbon monoxide of methanol. More particularly, the present invention relates to a heterogeneous catalyst represented by Rh/C_3N_4. A complex of a rhodium compound and 3-benzoylpyridine is fixated on a carbon nitride support body to form the heterogeneous catalyst. The catalyst of the present invention can enhance a methanol conversion ratio and yield of acetic acid.
