In a heterogeneous catalyst for a carbonylation reaction of methanol, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing acetic acid of the present invention, the heterogeneous catalyst for the carbonylation reaction of methanol, in which rhodium (Rh), an active substance, and aluminum (AI), which provides a Lewis acid point are fixed to mesoporous carbon nitride, wherein the heterogeneous catalyst comprises at least 0.5 parts by weight of Rh and 1 to 5 parts by weight of AI, relative to 100 parts by weight of mesoporous carbon nitride. The heterogeneous catalyst according to the present invention has an advantage that can be easily separated and recovered from a product after reaction through a simple separation process such as filtration.
