The present invention relates to a service broadcasting a live streaming lecture for teachers and students by using web real-time communication (WebRTC)-based communication method, which supports interactive questions and answers between teachers and students that are constrained in current online lecture, and enables the teachers and students to upload and download homework files by using a message and a cloud, thereby creating the effects similar to taking a course in an offline private educational institute. The present invention allows everyone to have an equal opportunity to take a course of good quality even if he/she does not live in a town where prestigious private educational institutes stand close together, and a lecturer and a private educational institute to earn an additional income by collecting many students who view a lecture at the same time, compared with investment of time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
