The present invention relates to a light based blood flow rate measuring method capable of monitoring opening of an anastomosed blood vessel and a light based blood flow rate measuring system using the same. The system comprises: a blood vessel anastomosing device (100) arranged in an anastomosed blood vessel portion; a blood flow rate detecting sensor (200) configured to detect a blood flow rate around the anastomosed blood vessel portion; and a blood flow rate monitoring device (300) configured to monitor the blood flow rate. Therefore, the system can continuously monitor whether a blood vessel of a surgical portion is properly anastomosed.
