According to the present invention, a cloud streaming service system, a method for an image cloud streaming service using division of a change area and an apparatus for the same are disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: comparing frames of an application execution screen corresponding to a user request to detect pixels corresponding to a changed image; generating at least one bounding rectangle including the pixels; generating at least one minimum bounding rectangle (MBR) including at least one bounding rectangle and minimizing an overlapped area; and capturing a divided area corresponding to the MBRs, and encoding and sending a still image to generate the application execution screen in a user terminal, so as to perform a still image based cloud streaming service.
