The present invention relates to a hepatotoxic drug screening method. A data base is built by analyzing the change of metabolomes secreted by hepatocytes which are representative hepatotoxic drugs derived from human stem cells after treating the hepatocytes with troglitazone and rosiglitazone, and can be helpfully used for future research to predict hepatotoxicity and as a hepatotoxic marker.
