The present invention relates to an air quality prediction and management system for early detection of environmental disasters. The system generates predicted data regarding the direction and strength of wind and predicted air quality information with respect to air pollution sources by performing wind field modeling and air quality modeling using AWS measurement information and UM meteorological data provided by the Meteorological Administration and topographical information and air discharge amount information provided by related organizations; and corrects and supplements elements of the wind field modeling and air quality modeling according to pattern results extracted by performing, through big data processing and analysis, comparative analysis of the predicted data and predicted air quality information with real-time measurement values of site environment compound sensors. Thus, the system can enhance the accuracy of predictive values, detect regions where the degree of air quality of each pollution source is determined to be likely to reach a harmful level based on the air quality modeling results, display the same in spatiotemporal and time-series manners, and propagate situations to the outside.
