The present invention relates to an applique plate for applique embroidering and an applique embroidering method using the same. The applique plate comprises: a pattern plate, in which the applique stitched on a fabric is inserted and fixed; and a protection frame having a shape of the pattern plate passing therethrough such that the pattern plate is inserted into the protection frame. Therefore, the position of the applique input in the embroidering data is the same as the position of the applique inserted into the applique plate, thereby excluding a procedure of marking the stitch positions of the applique on every fabric which is undergoing an embroidering process, thus obtaining an effect of reducing the man hour.
