The present invention relates to a device for cultivating floating crops, and more specifically, to a noble device for cultivating crops which is capable of cultivating the plants in a state that plants are floated on water. A device for cultivating crops according to the present invention includes: a Styrofoam buoyant body in which a plurality of Styrofoam plates are alternately laminated to provide buoyance; a concrete layer which is positioned on the surface of the Styrofoam buoyant body; an earth and sand layer which is positioned on the concrete layer; and a metal case which surrounds side surfaces of the Styrofoam plates, the concrete layer, and the earth and sand layer.
