The present invention relates to a method and a system for selecting an osteoporosis medicine based on individual protein damage information by using an individual genome sequencing analysis. According to the present invention, the method and the system are a highly reliable and widely applicable technology which can predict a side effect or a risk on a specific drug, in other words, an osteoporosis medicine, for each individual by performing a sequence analysis of an exon part of a gene for coding various proteins involved in pharmacokinetics or pharmacodynamics of the osteoporosis medicine.
