The present invention relates to an anti-cancer composition including a combination of IFN- protein and IL-32 protein or fragmented IL-32 protein as active ingredients, or an anti-cancer composition including a fusion protein that IL-32 protein or fragmented IL-32 protein is bonded to IFN- protein as an active ingredient. Since the composition contains both IFN- protein and IL-32 protein or fragmented IL-32 protein, or contains the same as a fusion protein form, it is possible to increasingly maximize anti-cancer effects of IFN- protein.
