The present invention relates to an antifungal agent composition and a method for producing a Populus tomentiglandulosa T. B. Lee extract having excellent antifungal effects. More specifically, the present invention relates to an antifungal agent composition showing excellent antifungal effects against pathogenic fungus (quercus-mongolicae) which infiltrates into plants or has adverse effects on the same, causing physiologically abnormal state in metabolic function or structural deformation of the plants. The present invention further relates to a method for producing a Populus tomentiglandulosa T. B. Lee extract, including a step of producing a hot water extract of Populus tomentiglandulosa T. B. Lee by extracting Populus tomentiglandulosa T. B. Lee using hot water.
