DISCRETIONARY ELS INVESTMENT SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD THEREOF

A discretionary equity linked securities (ELS) investment system and a management method thereof are disclosed. The discretionary ELS investment system comprises: a basic information specifying module configured to receive multiple pieces of ELS basic information determined by at least one first entity from a first system of the first entity and store the same, wherein each piece of the ELS basic information includes information on a candidate underlying asset that can be included in ELS and a loss barrier corresponding to the candidate underlying asset; an applicable ELS specifying module configured to receive information on at least one applicable ELS determined by at least one second entity and generated based on at least one piece of the ELS basic information stored in the basic information specifying module from a second system of the second entity and store the same; and an including module configured to choose at least one included ELS to be included in a customer′s account from among the at least one applicable ELS stored in the applicable ELS specifying module.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
