Disclosed are an equity-linked securities (ELS) discretionary investment system and a management method thereof. The ELS discretionary investment system comprises: a transferring module for selecting at least one transferring ELS to be transferred to a client account, among a plurality of ELS; and a managing module for monitoring the state of ELS, transferred to a client account to determine whether at least parts of the transferred ELS should be resold or whether transferred ELS, early repaid, should be reinvested. The managing module monitors the state of each of the ELS, transferred to the client account, to selectively resell a certain ELS, based on changes in the fundamental of the underlying asset included in the transferred ELS or a period until the certain ELS matures, if the certain ELS approaches a knock-in barrier within a certain range.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
