The flickerless power supply circuit includes: a converter circuit unit (110) to rectify an applied commercial power into a direct current and convert the direct current into a battery charged power so as to output a converted power; a charge circuit unit (120) connected with the converter circuit unit (110) to receive the converted power so that the charged power is outputted; a battery unit (130) connected with the charge circuit unit (120) to charge and drive according to the received charge power so that a driving power having a charged linear waveform is outputted; a driver circuit unit (140) connected between the battery unit (130) and an LED module (221) to supply the linear waveform driving power, which is applied from the battery unit (130), to the LED module (221) according to an input signal of a switch unit (150) so that the on-off operation is controlled.
