PURPOSE: An LED lighting device with a flicker-less function is provided to control a dimming lighting of an LED light source steadily by applying a DC power supply of a linear form to the LED light source by removing a flicker element included in an actuating power. CONSTITUTION: A case (100) forms an outside shape of an LED lighting device (1). An LED light source (300) is mounted on one side of the case, and lighting-controlled by an applied actuating power. A drive circuit part (200) is mounted on the other side of the case, and lighting-controls the LED light source. The drive circuit part comprises a converter circuit (210), a control circuit (220), and a linear current controlling IC circuit (230). The linear current controlling IC circuit removes a flicker element included in an output power, and applies a DC power supply of a linear form to the LED light source.
