The present invention relates to an adhesive sealant for treating inosculation, fistula, and perforation of an internal organ or anastomosis leakage by using coacervate based on a cationic protein including a catechol derivative, specifically on a mussel-attached protein, and to a method for producing the same. The adhesive sealant according to the present invention is produced by using a water adhesive composition including coacervate in which a cationic protein including a catechol derivative and an anionic polymer are cross-linked. Accordingly, the adhesive sealant has excellent biocompatibility and exhibits strong water adhesive force in both an organic material surface and an inorganic material surface. Thus, inosculation, fistula, and perforation of an internal organ or anastomosis leakage can be treated, and fistula of a bladder repeating shrinkage and expansion can be treated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
