The present invention relates to a bollard for safety management and, more specifically, relates to a bollard for safety management and a characterized street user safety management system with the bollard, wherein bollards are provided along a characterized street at a constant distance to be wirelessly transmitted and received with a control center. As such, a danger signal is able to be transmitted to the control center using the bollard at a predetermined distance while walking, and a safety broadcast is delivered from the control center to promote safety of users. Moreover, when tagging the bollard with a smart terminal, information of a characterized street and guide information is able to be accessed to provide convenience in accordance with using the characterized street.
