The present invention relates to a tissue sample cartridge having a carcass tissue sample cutting pin, and to a tissue sample extracting device using the same. The carcass tissue sample cutting pin comprises: a cutting case inserted in and sampling from a carcass, and having a feeding unit formed to be opened in one side thereof to feed a tissue sample of a carcass to the inside thereof when being inserted in the carcass; a sample cutting unit for cutting the tissue sample fed into the cutting case; and a sample storing unit formed in the cutting case to store a cut tissue sample. Accordingly, cross-contamination caused by a reuse of a used material can be prevented, and time consumed in extracting a tissue sample can be reduced.
