The present invention relates to PCR primers for identifying varieties of Pleurotus ostreatus in which DNA fragments are amplified in a specific pattern for each variety of Pleurotus ostreatus. More specifically, one purpose of the present invention is to provide a method to identify a variety of Pleurotus ostreatus by amplifying a specific pattern in Suhan-No.1, Whasung-No. 2, and Gimje-No. 9. The other purpose is to provide DNA fragments presented in a specific pattern exclusively in Suhan-No.1, Whasung-No. 2, and Gimje-No. 9. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a method to amplify DNA in a specific pattern for each variety of Pleurotus ostreatus. Accordingly, the PCR primers has an effect of accurately and rapidly identifying the varieties of Pleurotus ostreatus as the method and specific primers are capable of identifying and detecting the DNA fragments in a specific pattern for the determination of Suhan-No.1, Whasung-No. 2, and Gimje-No. 9.
