According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus (100) for feeding a raw material to a rice husk combustion furnace has a conical shape. The apparatus (100) includes: a hopper (110) having an upper opening part allowing rice husks (Gb) to be introduced therein; a rice husk feeding pipe (120) allowing the rice husks (Gb) fed from the hopper (110) to move through an internal passage; a transfer unit (130) provided inside a rear end portion of the rice husk feeding pipe (120) to rotate by power transferred from the outside; and a blower (B) provided adjacent to the rear end portion of the rice husk feeding pipe (120) to scatter the rice husks (Gb) discharged from the rear end portion of the rice husk feeding pipe (120) according to rotation in a set direction.
