The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of songpyeon, Korean stuffed rice cake, using non-preferred meat parts. More particularly, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of songpyeon, Korean half-moon-shaped rice cake, having enhanced flavor by adding a seasoning sauce to filling of songpyeon in a process of manufacturing songpyeon using non-preferred meat parts excluding beef sirloin, beef tenderloin, beef strip loin, pork belly, and pork neck.
