The method of preparing nutritional food has benefits as the animal raw material and the vegetable raw material are boiled ten or more hours in an extraction tank, and a broth-type raw material prepared thereby can be made into jellied food such as jelly such that the food can be taken as a snack or meal substitution food at any places such as home, restaurants, venues, outdoor, tourist sites, stadiums.
