The present invention relates to a validation on the expression of specific protein in the brain tissue of the modified prion infected mouse, and the information of the overall proteins identified in the modified prion infected brain tissue and the identification of biological pathways are useful as database for establishing in vivo mechanisms of prion and selecting additional candidate diagnostic marker. The body fluid, such as blood, is secreted in a particular tissue while circulating almost every tissue, or contains proteins from dead cells of the tissue, reflecting the condition of organs, and can be conveniently collected, allowing non-invasive diagnosis. The present invention verified the expression of ACSBG1 protein by selecting a candidate diagnostic marker that has not been reported with respect to prion diseases in biological pathways analyzed from the brain tissue proteomic information of the infected mouse. The prion infected mouse increased the expression of ACSBG1 protein compared with the normal group, and thus, the change in the expression of ACSBG1 protein can be favorably used for a kit or biochip for diagnosis of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease and a method for screening a candidate treatment agent for Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease using the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
