Provided are a composition-controlled organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite light emitting diode using an exciton quenching prevention process through quencher removal and a manufacturing method thereof. The composition-controlled organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite light emitting diode according to the present invention comprises an organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite light emitting layer. Organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite has an ABX3, A2BX4, ABX4, or An-1BnX3n+1 structure. The organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite contains 2 to 20% of A compared to the formula weight ratio of the ABX3, A2BX4, ABX4, or An-1BnX3n+1 structure. Therefore, the composition-controlled organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite light emitting diode and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention can prevent exciton quenching by removing a metallic lead atom without changing a perovskite crystal structure, thereby improving the uniformity of a thin film, light emitting efficiency, and brightness.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
