The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a canned oyster containing a plurality of nutrient components by injecting a chlorella culture medium into a canned oyster can. Specifically, the method for manufacturing a canned oyster including a chlorella culture medium comprises the steps of: steaming, washing, and drying a raw material, i.e., a raw oyster; piling up the dried and steamed raw oyster in a can; introducing a mixed solution of 100 parts by weight of the chlorella culture medium and 1.3-2.0 parts by weight of culinary salt into the can and sealing the can; heating and sterilizing the sealed can at 113-121°C such that a sterilization Fo value is 6-8 minutes; and cooling the sterilized sealed can to a core temperature of 37-39°C so as to prevent discoloration of a content in the sterilized sealed can and inactivate thermophilic bacteria.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
