The present invention relates to a method for preparing safflower jam using GABA-producing lactic acid bacteria and lactic acid fermented apple slices, and more particularly, to a GABA-containing soybean oil jam using lactobacillus plantarum ( Lactobacillus plantarum ) producing GABA. The present invention provides a method for producing a lactic acid fermented product of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) -containing corn oil using corn oil and GABA-producing lactic acid bacteria. By using all dried cornstarch products, functional fermentation products containing high-density functional substance GABA, dietary fiber promotion and probiotic lactic acid bacteria can be developed while preserving the inherent color, taste and aroma of corn oil.
