The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plastic sun cap having an extractable subsidiary visor. A horizontal length (L2) between vertexes (P2) is longer than a horizontal length (L3) between vertexes (P3) of curved guide slits (21) formed on the subsidiary visor (20). Protrusions (12), which are inserted into the curved guide slits (21) of the subsidiary visor (20) and have snagging end portions (13) to prevent the subsidiary visor (20) from escaping and being lost, are integrated into a main visor (11) of a sun cap main body (10). Support protrusions (16) to allow a rubber band to be snagged by the same are formed on end portions of head fastening wings (14) of the sun cap main body (10).
