The present invention relates to a preparing method of a fermentation product including vitamins and the fermentation product including vitamins prepared thereby. The method comprises: a step of mixing brown rice bran, Sparassis crispa, and milk; a step of steaming the mixture of brown rice bran, Sparassis crispa, and milk in a steamer; a step of inoculating lactic acid bacteria to the steamed mixture and mixing the inoculated mixture; a step of obtaining a non-dried fermentation product (1) by sealing the mixture and then inputting the sealed mixture into a fermenter to allow the sealed mixture to be fermented; a step of obtaining a dried fermentation product (2) by drying the non-dried fermentation product (1); and a step of preparing granules by mixing the non-dried fermentation product (1) with the dried fermentation product (2) and then further mixing the resultant mixture with powder of dried fruits (3) to be prepared as granules, thereby having an excellent texture and high content of vitamin C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
