The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high efficiency and zero discharge movable toilet capable of reusing wastewater, which minimizes nasty odors emitted by treatment of urine or liquid of a toilet; improves wastewater treating ability to dispose of a lot of wastewater discharged from a toilet with a downsized structure; and reuses wastewater by a wastewater treatment process. In order to achieve this purpose, the high efficiency and zero discharge movable toilet capable of reusing wastewater, comprises: an excreta separating unit to separate into wastewater and solids, which are included in the excreta discharged from the toilet; a first wastewater treating unit which oxidizes and treats the wastewater separated from the excreta separating unit by utilizing OH radical generated by photodecomposition; a second wastewater treating unit which treats the wastewater firstly treated in the first wastewater treating unit to remove chromaticity, turbidity, and odors which remain in the wastewater; and a wastewater treating tank which treats the wastewater treated in the second wastewater treating unit to remove colon bacillus and general bacterium. In regards to this, the first water treating unit comprises: an oxidation reactor; a UV lamp installed inside the oxidation reactor; an ozone supply unit which supplies ozone inside the oxidation reactor; partitions which are spaced from each other to form a plurality of floors and installed inside a lower part of the oxidation reactor to delay an upward movement of ozone; a discharged ozone breakthrough device which treats discharged ozone which was not dissolved in the oxidation reactor; and a discharged ozone circulation path which resupplies a lower part of the oxidation reactor with the discharged ozone not dissolved in the oxidation reactor.
