The present invention relates to a method for screening a fetal chromosome aberration disorder before birth and a composition for screening using the difference in mRNA expression of maternal plasma. The chromosome aberration disorder of the fetus according to the present invention can select chromosomal abnormalities of the fetus with high sensitivity and accuracy while being less influenced by the weight, age and gestational age of the mother. In addition, since the difference in mRNA expression amount of maternal plasma is used, there is an advantage that the risk is low and the fetal chromosomal disorder can be easily selected at a low cost.
