METHOD FOR PREPARING DUST-PROOF FABRIC CAPABLE OF ENHANCING WATER-SWELLING RESISTANCE AND BEING PLEASANTLY WORN ON USER

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a dustproof fabric. The method includes the steps of: (a) preparing a base fabric which has conductive fibers and polyester fibers woven in a combined manner and has a weight of 75 g/yd to 120 g/yd; and (b) coating a polyurethane resin onto the base fabric and thermally treating the base fabric in order to form a polyurethane coating layer having a non-swellable porous structure including pores. The polyurethane coating layer is formed by coating an imperforate and hydrophilic polyurethane composition, which is obtained by dissolving the imperforate and hydrophilic polyurethane resin into a mixed solvent including first and second organic solvents as well as water, onto the base fabric. The polyurethane coating layer goes through three-stages of heat treatment at the boiling points of the first organic solvent, water, and the second organic solvent in order to form the polyurethane coating layer having the non-swellable porous structure with dense pores.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
