The present invention relates to a white light emitting diode using carbon quantum dots. More particularly, the present invention relates to a white light emitting diode using carbon quantum dots to reduce the fatigue of eyes by reducing blue light. To this end, the white light emitting diode using carbon quantum dots includes a light emitting device module which is arranged in the lower part of the internal space of a blue light emitting device, a first layer which is arranged in the upper part of the light emitting module to be separated from the blue light emitting device by a constant distance and contains carbon quantum dots, and a phosphor layer which is arranged in the upper part of the first layer and is made of a phosphor material which receives light emitted from the first layer and emits white light.
